Pete Roshell did an outstanding job! He listened to my description of the problem and passed the details to the tech. The communication was fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for more! Pete kept me in the loop everyday, and my truck was fixed earlier than I expected. The fix was exactly as described, and right on budget! I will be back for more service on my three Ford trucks! Very satisfied!

I only had a couple of complaints. I thought it took too long to complete an oil change and tire rotation. I was told 45 minutes to an hour to complete the service and it took right at 2 hours. Also, I have bought 3-4 cars from Reliable and every time I took my car in to be serviced, they washed my car and vacuumed the inside, and I thought that might be what took so long, however, my car didn't get washed.
