The only thing that frustrated me was trying to schedule the appointment over the phone. I had some questions for the work I needed completed, so I called a representative named Cassandra who had called me and left me a message. I called her back three times, left messages, and never received a return phone call. I had to call the main number and Hugh answered, and he was quite helpful.
