Service was tremendous. I was told it was going to take 2 to 3 days and then work was completed within one day. I had extended warranty which paid for a rental car and I was told I was going to get a Ford edge even though I brought in the Ford Explorer but they were able to find me a Ford explore to use. You put five star Ford to shame in service. When I took my car to five star Ford I had to look around for a service rep. When I came to Grapevine Ford I had three different service rep people come up to me within five minutes trying to is to assist me. Feel free to use this endorsement of great service.

I returned to the Ford dealer for service after discovering my oil appeared to have not been changed after taking it in March 11 for service. Oil was black after 3,000 miles of operation post recorded change. Additionally, oil was low. It was confirmed by service that I wasn’t burning or leaking oil, and hitch leads to the oil not being changed. On top of that, I requested a full synthetic service, and instead received a conventional/synthetic blend and was not notified. The transparency of this department is lacking and is embarrassing. After my inquiry and concern, I would have appreciated a response that was not an eye roll or one of being inconvenienced.
