Rimmel was outstanding. He was very attentive, listened to what was going on with the vehicle and explained a process of what would be done to diagnose the situation and follow up repairs. He quoted a repair price based upon what we talked about and indicated he would get back with me when the diagnosis returned and the repairs deciddd upon. He followed up and explained the repairs, what was needed and not needed and have the price. He called when the repairs were complete and was flexible to my schedule to pick up. When I did the price was actually less than quoted. Excellent service, communication and result. When I come back for service I will request him again. Thanks.
