I scheduled a simple oil change for my Jeep that I purchased from Airpark a few months ago. I had a 1:30 appointment, showed up 15 minutes early. I did not get out of there until 3;45. I seriously think my Jeep was forgotten, and only remembered when I asked if it was almost ready at 3pm.
I am very disappointed in the service! I will not return unless I have to. I know there is no money made for oil changes, and it was obvious I was treated that as such. I figure going to the dealership where I spent a ton of money would be the smart thing, but apparently not.
