It took a little longer cost quite a bit more than what I thought. but I have to say it's running great now and Chandler didn't amazing job letting me know what was going on the whole time. I wouldn't be surprised if some other company doesn't try to steal him from you.

Assigned to a service rep B Beretta. She was busy and ignored me for 9 minutes until another rep stopped to ask me and another customer who was also waiting for her if we were being helped. Only then did she acknowledge us and say it would be a while. So after a 10 minute wait we were finally assisted. Why assign appointments by rep instead of whoever is available at the time of arrival?

My car still has the original squeak in the steering. I have had to spend 2 days there one diagnosing and one replacing a steering shaft and it still squeaks. May be a slight bit quieter but still there. Chandler did a good job dealing with me but the service techs I’m not impressed with. Most likely not returning here for any future repairs.

I must say I never saw or spoke to Sheila I traded that truck that was in service, on a new car. In record time, I picked a new vehicle and sitting down to submit the deal before the oil change was even completed

The service was exceptional and the advisor was very professional. The environment is very friendly and comfortable for customers waiting to have their vehicle serviced. This is the only dealership that has service my vehicle for the last 4 years. I will continue to allow Cerritos Nissan to service my vehicle. Keep up the good work!
