I made an appointment and it still took nearly 2 hours for an oil change and bulb replacement. It’s the longest I’ve ever waited here, but even when I would come for a service it would take max an hour. Maybe today was just a bad day but, it was definitely frustrating for an oil change.

The people and facility are great but the wait times are a drag. Two hours for an oil change when I was told 40 minutes twice is not fun. The staff do a great job of making things pleasant so it’s not about them - I just would have preferred to drop off my car if I had known.
