I don’t think my complaint is about Jesse Lugo probably more about the service department, I was supposed to get the clearcoat along with my oil change and upon getting my car back it was still very dirty and they did a horrible job the clearcoat is all of my driver side window. But I do have to say this is the first complaint I’ve ever had with Midway and I do a lot of business with you guys so I am still satisfied, just kind of expected a little better.
