We arrived at 7am just for an oil change. Was told it would be 90 minutes because of being short staffed. After two hours we checked on the vehicle and was told it was done, just waiting to be washed. A young man with ear buds on the other side of the agents booth said he would take care of it right away. 30 minutes later we were told the truck wasn't done yet, that the oil dispenser was broken, they couldn't get oil into the vehicle. It was almost 4 hours until we were able to get our vehicle back. Service used to be much better but there seems to be a lack of service agents. We won't be back.
