My service guy that I spoke with Carl was great,But I am very dissatisfied.My card came back from service with paint all on the side like somebody drove over paint.I never noticed it until I got my car back.I told one of the service guys I don’t remember his name and he said that it was there before so they can’t do anything about it.Not only that my front left speaker keeps fading in and out now didn’t do that before.Come on and I just bought the car two months ago.????????Not happy at all!

I was told by Hugo that my truck was sold to me with the wrong tires, and that is what causes the vibration in my truck at around 74mph. I asked him why chevy would not fix this problem. He told me he understood my point and he would talk to his higher up come Monday, July 8th, to his higher ups and give me a call. I have yet to recieve a call and it is now Thursday, July 11. I am very disappointed.

I was advised that I needed a new battery and negative cable and was quoted 325 for a new cable and 199 for a new battery That's is absolutely ridiculous. I'll get my oil changes and tire rotation and Zaktek done here, but will not get any other service done here. I got new battery and cable done for 175.

It took over two hours for my first service when I was told that my car would be ready in about hour and a half. After I got home I noticed that there were several yellow stains left on the front hood which means it was not thoroughly washed. Windows were also left with several smudges on the glass.
