Jorge was fine but wasn’t very personable. In addition when I came to pick up my keys from the showroom reception desk a push salesman repeatedly tried to get me to sell my truck after I said I didn’t want to. Finally when I got back into my car the paper floor mats and a garbage bag were left in my truck and I had to throw them out.

First I was unable to reach the service advisor assigned to me. He did not return phone calls. I was told he ordered the part and it would come in they would paint it and they would call me to install . Two weeks later still nothing I reach a lady who said she would order the part because it had been on back order she had to order it because they don’t automatically send it when it comes. Insulting my intelligence. After telling her again what I needed she ordered a chrome piece instead of one to paint. Later I spoke to Jesse who assured me it would be handled he called told me it was in and he would walk it over to get painted. On Saturday my son went in left the car when he came back to pick it up they had replaced the wrong door handle. Leaving the problem unresolved and with no confidence that any there is capable of effectively doing their jobs. At this point I am going to reach out to Detroit and hopefully they can resolve my door handle.
