Daniel is extremely busy as were all employees, as usual for Midway. However, even when the printer puked he kept his cool. I managed people for years. He’s a great asset to the Midway Team. Being able to deal with customers in such a caring matter is a rare! Oh the text process works so well. Can I use that same number to schedule? Because all advisors are super busy I’m seeking best way for communication. Friday afternoon did work well using text method to find out when my truck was ready so thank you for that. And for Daniel of course. He is awesome!

The only problem I had was what they put on my mileage. I had 18,908 and they put it was over 42,000. Someone changed it in the computer for me. It also happened the time before when I came for an oil change. They put the wrong mileage. Jackie Biliti
