Upon arrival I requested a loaner vehicle or a shuttle ride, if loaner vehicle was not available. I was told I would be notified. After 30 min. I had not received an answer and had to seek out the answer. I should have received an answer either way within 10min.
After my vehicle was ready, I received a call stating such and was asked if I wanted the shuttle notified for pick-up, to which I answered, yes. I was told it would pick me up within the hour. Once again, 30 min past the stated time of pickup, I had to call to find out the estimated time of pickup.
In both instances I feel more diligence should have been made to inform me of what was or wasn't transpiring.

My only regret was that I didn’t have the time to have the alignment done but I will make that appointment soon. Chris kept me advised and informed through the whole process which came to be over an oil change and I appreciated his communication and efforts to make my Corvette perfect!

First, I have a brand new vehicle about 3 months old and my air conditioner goes out. I don’t like it but I New it would be fixed. Unfortunately I had to drive my vehicle a week because there were no vehicles. It was the hottest week of the year. I was lucky I had scheduled to have my oil changed. Next, they couldn’t get parts so you have it almost 2 weeks. I had to have the loaner picked up because I was going out of town. I figured it wouldn’t be an issue. So if it isn’t ready to pickup on Tuesday, I won’t have a vehicle to go to work. I was told that y’all had this fantastic concierge service, but I don’t think it has been all I was told. I’m sorry. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I have been very disappointed. I’m disappointed my car had issues brand new and I’m disappointed that the service was nothing like I was told. I bought this Lincoln because I had a MKX for 11 years with no issues.

B was very rude, act like I was a bother to her. When i arrives for my appt time at 11am she was no where to be found. Many other employees were paging her over radio with no response. Finally someone else took care of me.
