Bob Leininger is a Ford’ service gem. He is a huge reason I’m a Ford guy. However the results from my latest repair effort was well short of satisfactory. I believe Bob did his best to address TWO droppoffs - as the first TWO proved unable to repair my cruise control. He has assured me repairs will occur. I trust him. Eddie was great, but the problem wasn’t fixed. There is something wrong with the trucks CarPlay. When not plug in, the mph is correct on multiple apps(Waze, insurance app, speedometer, etc...) BUT the moment I plug my iPhone into the USB cable and connect to CarPlay my mph jumps. So if I’m driving 70 mph it says I’m driving 81mph. That’s HUGE problem because my truck insurance is based on my driving habits. So anything over 80 mph hurts me. So I can’t even drive the highway speed limit. I NEED THIS PROBLEM FIX. It’s only doing it on my truck because it doesn’t do it on any other vehicle(tried out one with Eddie with 2 different phones and didn’t do it, plus the rental I used for 3 days don’t jump in mph when hooked to CarPlay. but when we( me and Eddie) tried it on my truck it jump on 2 phone.

Ya lleve 2 veces mi carro al dealer para que le arreglaran los frenos y el carro sigue igual, la primera vez le cambiaron las breaks de atrás y la segunda las de enfrente. Y el carro ahorita sigue igual con el mismo ruido.???? dicen que es normal que hagan ruido en las mañanas pero no es normal que lo haga todo el día es una vergüenza traer el carro con ese ruido. Les voy a llevar el carro y que no me lo voy a llevar hasta que quede bien. Y necesito un carro rentado porque que al carro no le sirvan los frenos no es mi culpa!!!
