Service was great, timly, courtesy was the best but the fact that every time I come in for a miles service check,although i prepurchesed all these extra warranties i have to be paying unexpected amounts to the tune of hundreds!????.basic oil changes are what i thought i was in for,simple miles servicing but wind up paying large amounts each time????. Whats the normal cost?so i dont have to max put credid card each time i come?

It was a little busy when I came in for an oil change, and one of the quicklane guys behind the counter asked me to wait for a bit before checking in. After waiting over 45 minutes, I finally went back up to ask what was going on, and he said he had forgotten about me. An oil change and a brake fluid flush ended up taking almost 3 1/2 hours.
I do like bringing a rose from the checkout counter back to my wife. That's a nice touch. I also appreciate the free sandwich coupons I get in the mail.
