Made multiple phone calls to make service appointment. Finally asked for the General Manager. Received a call to get me in. They hooked me up with Robert. He handled everything very nicely from there. When my truck came back from service, it had a new dent in the Passenger side. Not what I wanted to see. Robert assured me that Midway would take care of it.

I didn't think it was necessary to charge me for a fault in the car battery, I had only had the car for one year and already experiencing acid leaking out of the battery, I owned a toyota before and the batteries last me a long time, it should be under at least a 3 year warranty,it was a brand new car when I purchased it, this is my only consern, other than that if I didnt have to pay I would of been satisfy with the service, I felt I got rip off.

Every other experience I have had there has been great except this one. It has been less than stellar from the beginning. I initially scheduled my appointment for noon. I then had to call back 3x to try to reschedule it for 1 pm before it actually got rescheduled. Each time I was told it was rescheduled yet it wasn't. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment that took 3 tries to schedule correctly. I was quoted 1.5 hrs to complete everything. It took over 3 hrs. When I asked the reason it took so long they couldn't provide me with an explanation for my specific experience and rather gave me a general guess as to why it took so long. How could they not know exactly why? And the guess they gave me was that someone else may have been in line in front of me. Then why make an appointment when what they described is a first come, first served type of system?
Finally, I would have been ok with everything taking twice as long had the person working there communicated with me that it was going to be twice as long, or apologized for it taking twice as long, or not made lame excuses for what I consider to be complete incompetence. I will not be returning nor would I ever put anyone I know through my experience today.
