I have no complaints about the 2 items serviced yesterday. They were fine. My problem was with the poor followup on this service. When I dropped off my daughter's jeep I gave Mr. Hernandez my cell # for a contact # for when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Note that I never received his business card at that time. He said that he would contact that number and he did text me an early note that work was beginning on our vehicle. Then lateriInstead of using my cell #, he used another number in the computer. Which ended up being a work land line. Mr. Hernandez today said that was sent around 2:30pm. As the hours were getting closer to closing time I tried to phone the service department and the line was busy and I could not talk to a real person about the status. Finally at 6pm I contacted the "chat lady" on your website who also couldn't get thru to the service department. She referred me to another "foreign speaking guy" who couldn't even walk over to the service department because "he wasn't even located on this property". I finally got a phone call from Mr. Hernandez 23 hours after dropping off our vehicle there. So I was not impressed at all with my experience with your service department.

I am always pleased with the service experience because of Robert Solis. Robert is truly amazing. So knowledgeable and very detailed. Puts your mind at ease and answers all your questions. Miguel ensured I got the total customer experience and I don't have a new vehicle. Even with my 2016 model, he made me feel that my car was just as important. I got my tires changed and we discussed costs prior, before and during. While my car was getting its tires changed, he called to ensure that I didn't need anything else. There is a dealership closer to me but I travel because of the ultimate customer experience. Miguel is thorough and I appreciate his patience and knowledge.
