Very awful service I received! My cs rep Mia not only failed to communicate after 4 hrs of having my car but did not have the service done so I have to go back and do it all over again. I was treated very unprofessional from Erika the service operator. Very bad customer service on these 2 ladies part, they definitely need to have more training when dealing with customers.

Not Eddies fault, however when I received the letter that the recall parts were in and to schedule my appointment, turns out I sat from 0700-1100 to discover the parts were not in and I had to take another day off to bring back to have the service completed. Cost me two days off from work..

After much hesitation from the service rep and the service manager, they gave me a 15% discount on a service that should have been completely covered. They told me my serpentine belt fell off, and as a result I needed a coolant flush as well. Nissan is happy to sell the car, but once the car is sold they don’t give a damn about the customer afterwards. I had to leave my car there for 4 days because the dealership didn’t have the part. They had to order it. They didn’t have a rental either. My wife had to miss a day of work, and I had to pay for an uber to pickup the car. It has not been 36 months, but the mileage was over the warranty. I pleaded with the service manager for a loyalty discount. I have purchased 4 nissans at Cerritos Nissan. As a loyal customer that has spent over $70,000 at Cerritos Nissan, I am very unhappy. My 2012 rogue has transmission problems, but of course you are happy and quick to say it’s no longer under warranty. Don’t contact me unless it’s to refund the $380 I was just forced to pay to fix a malfunction on your car. The 15% saved me only $60. I hope you are pleased with your stinginess and turning your back on a customer that has bought a Nissan Sentra, Altima, and two rogues. We will never purchase a Nissan again.

It was horrible experience, we won’t come back again because of Kenneth Vasquez, he was so unprofessional talking to me, He was so upset and not welcoming, I asked him to use a coupon that You sent me for the service and he refuse to apply it and was forcing me to pay his rate for the service and when I was asking him why, instead of answering my question, he asked me for my phone number!! and pretending he is doing the paperwork (it’s like my question has no value) , and When I continue asking him, he said it just few dollars more, for me it is Not about the price, it’s about the concept (his answer really embarrassed me)..after that while I was waiting for the service to be done, he text me that my car service is completed so, I went back to him to pay and go, he said go back to the waiting area because your car not done yet and they still washing it, So, (why he texted me to come and pick up my car?!!) after that I picked up my car and it was not even washed good. ( this was totally unprofessional and unacceptable).
