Carlos Fuentes was excellent, he did his job well. I was supposed to get me a new key and remote since the spare I received when I bought my car wasn't the right one. I made a second trip back on Saturday to pick up and have the key programmed. My salesman siad it would be in my service notes so I wouldn't have to wait long. I arrive, nothing was done and I waited for 2 hours for a key. Carlos did everything he could to ensure things went smoothly to the best of his ability.

staff were all fine and sean was fine. but I just got my car out of the shop yesterday and as soon as I went to drive it to work tonight the check engine light came back on. This car is giving me way more problems than anything else.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Had my appointment, got there just to wait in line, after numerous people were helped that got there after me, I went up and asked if there’s some special protocol for dropping off. The guy said just wait by my vehicle, he would get Jesse. I waited, and after another 10 minutes passed, I asked how much longer it would be, as others had already dropped off their car after arriving after myself. A guy came over and did the run through with me, I turned over my keys and left after taking almost 30 minutes just to drop off my car.
Upon pick up, much less amount of customers were there. I went up and asked where do I go to pick up my car? The guy asked who I was seeing, I told him Lugo, and he said he would let him know I’m here. Another employee came up and the guy I had initial contact with told him, this lady is waiting. After more waiting I noticed my car in the drive thru lane right next to the service windows. Another customer came up, told the same guy that had been told I was waiting that he needed to pick up. He immediately got his name, pulled out his forms and gave him the keys. At this point, I went up to him (who I believe was Jesse) and told him I was picking up my car and that it’s ridiculous that at both the drop off and pick up, numerous people were seen and helped before me that all got there after me, while I stood and waited. He promptly got me my forms and keys.
I will not be coming back.

I arrived at my appointment on time at 0900. Daniels partner asked if I needed help. I said I was here for Daniel. Daniel didn’t even look up from his computer to acknowledge me. I wait 15 minutes while typed on his computer. He treated me like he was paying me for service. Unfriendly and in professional. He was the same when I picked up my car. He called me sir and it looked like it left a bad taste in his mouth.
