1. No one has called me when part arrived though adviser said “they” did try to call. I never received a call or message
2. I got my car back last night. In the morning, I was shocked seeing the **** spots on my cream colored chairs, and surrounding areas.
I always have to clean my cars each time they come back from the dealerships but this dirty is the first!
3. Your loaner cars are very dirty as well and I am comparing yours with other Lexus dealerships in CA

Not trying to be rude but I think you charged me to much for a transfer case.
I think you could have done it for a responsible price. But your a dealership and that’s what you do to people. I know you won’t care what I’m saying but you should. Because I got some friends who have fords and I’ll make sure they won’t go to your place. But the only person I really liked was Josh Matteuccie, he was really good at his job of keeping me updated and the trust I needed that my truck was in the right hands. He was the only good person there. You mechanic ****!

Though he was new to your team, Justin Hawkins was a very professional and personable representative for Chevy. I definitely am a picky consumer and he worked hard to find the best fit for me. However Justin was also aided by Ryan Hayes and Rich Hert, both excellent at their jobs and in helping out anyone regardless of commission.
