We arrived at 1pm for our appointment, and were not seen by anyone until 1:25. When someone did finally see us, he seemed confused as to why we were there, asked twice if all we needed was a Zactec application (which is what we stated when we made the appointment), and then told us they would text us when it LL the car was ready. We did not even meet to go I his office and talk, so I am unclear as to why we had to wait for so long. It seemed like the people who checked us in were disorganized, which may have been the problem.

Each time I bring my vehicle in for service, I am told one thing by a scheduler and something else by another employee/technician. Most recently I was informed that I would be able to drop my vehicle off prior to 7AM for a service at 7, so I would be able to make it to work on time, which I found out when I attempted to check my vehicle in for drop off was not the case, forcing me to be late to work.
Prior to this I was informed that the scheduler had no idea how long a service would take, nor did they know if they had any courtesy transportation for me to get back to work while my car was worked on. They were also unable to look up any warranty information or provide any answers to my questions with something more than "I don't know", and had promised to call me back with an answer, which did not happen.

Eric is very professional.
Eric should be the manager/service director because he has the temperament to be one. He is very knowledgeable about Nissan products and service and he's patient because Eric and I were thrown into an ackaward situation by the service director but he was still calm and polite.
Further, he explained what were the possibilities and what I should expect.
Next, he followed up with me and kept me informed about every turn or twist. He even recommended a nice restaurant for me and my family to try while we were in Cerritos.
Thus, he's also very pleasant, kind, and thoughtful.
Thus, I want to commend him as your employee and wished you guys promote him and hire more people like him to sell your products and services.
