There was a module that wasn’t installed prior to delivery and I was told it would take about 45 minutes to complete. I waited almost 3 hours and I had other things scheduled that day. I was also told that my tank would be filled for the convenience which I didn’t have time to wait for either.

The entire service staff should receive praise. Pete went above and beyond what was expected of him by attempting to help recoup money back from a vehicle problem that had occurred months ago when another Ford dealership neglected to ask questions on my behalf about any warranties I had.
