Scheduled appt when the service tech was not available to do the work based on the backlog of other vehicles so we had to be without the car for 2 days unnecessarily.
When we went to pick up the vehicle, Jason was not there and no one seemed interested in helping. Had to wait a long time to ge the car and pay...you were unable to find the key for the car.

Chad did everything right when the service department messed up a simple oil change. But the fact that my car poured oil the whole drive home, smoked and scared me to death, then leaked all over my driveway, those are the reasons I would not recommend your service department. Chad is great. Not his fault. But what a cluster.

The engine cleaning looks like whom ever was doing it was called away. The rear of the engine was pristine, while the front was forgotten. I took a picture and emailed it to Eddie. Disappointed that my new key fob wasn’t given to me, however, Eddie said he would mail it. Overall, I think your service department is really nice, both clean and staffed with really nice professional advisors.
