Austin was fantastic and very helpful. Although, I am worried that if I did have a problem I can’t write about, because it negatively impacts someone. Let customers speak their mind without tying it to compensation. I’ve always hated the way you all conduct your surveys.

This service visit was the best since I have used this dealership for the last 15+ years and my service advisor, Logan La Chance was the best over the same period!
I will be able to recommend Airpark after a period of consistent good service! This place has been a PIG! After many bad survey's I never got contacted and at one time I tried to get a hold of the service manager, Dan Simpson, left voice mails and never got a return call!!! That is how much this place cares about customers!!!
As a point of reference I own a 2008 Challenger SRT8 First Edition, a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhauk.

Vehicle was damaged during service and damage was not brought to my attention when truck was picked up, have left voicemail for both the service manager and service writer and at this point no one has returned our calls regarding this matter, also found paperwork regarding battery test that showed battery was not at full charge and had this been brought to my attention I would have asked for it to be relaced

My Jeep is still not fixed. My check engine light remains on after 3 trips to the dealership. I paid $2,000 for my Jeep to breakdown the same day I picked it up from the dealership. I was advised it was the wiring was completed incorrectly, thus resulting in them having to keep my Jeep for another 2 days. I was then told to bring it back for a potential fix due to a recalled part. From there was told the recalled part has nothing to do with the issue. It’s been terrible customer service and I am very disappointed.

Brought my vette in for a TPMS sensor replacement. Spent the day waiting for it to be completed, and was later told the part wasn't even in stock so my car would need to be put back together and I would be called when the part was in. Its been 19 days and I've yet to hear if the correct TPMS sensor is in stock or if its been ordered.

I've had trouble with the Indian School Chapman service center. Since I moved closer to Airpark, I thought I'd give it one last chance. Logan helped me with my issue, and when even more problems arose, he worked with Mopar to get it all taken care of. Logan saved my business with Chapman.
