. Brought my car in on Friday and jason valadez said it would be done by the end of the day and the cost would be $250 total for a Kay replacement. I verified the total cost would be 250 and even wrote it down as every time I’ve been to airpark the service advisor has told me one price and then the cost is way higher when it’s time to check out. Didn’t get a call or text all day after I left 2 voicemails. Finally hear from Jason Saturday morning saying the car won’t be ready until MONDAY. I didn’t hear from Jason until 5:45 Monday night and wasn’t able to pick up my car until Tuesday and when I go to pick it up, now my total is $388, more than $130 than i was quoted. After 5 minutes of back and forth he finally honored the price he quoted. The worst part about Airpark service advisors is the consistent dishonesty. This has happened time and time again and I’m sick of it. I have owned 4 jeeps in a row but this will be the last one. Need to have a local dealer I can trust. As a business owner, I couldn’t imagine treating customers this way. The sad part is most people probably don’t know how much they’re getting screwed. I will do my best to spread the word.

Jacob was so helpful and patient with me because I was upset that the manager who did my contract when I bought my car told me I will have free oil change for good but Jacob explained otherwise. Is not his fault but he knew I was upset over the phone and not once he was rude and when I went into the dealer he was so nice. He made conversation and made me feel comfortable and made sure I was good he order me an Uber and called me when my car was ready and asked if I needed a ride back which I didn’t. Thank you Jacob for making my first car service experience great.

I went in for an oil change and a battery problem. That was 4 hours long. I was frustrated and overwhelmed the wait was super long. When I got my car back I came with the surprise that someone had taken money from the side compartment. It was only $20 missing out of $70 but still not cool. Makes me not trust the company if you have employees that take things from the cars we are trusting you with.. I am extremely unhappy I couldn’t get the money back and the fact that someone when snooping in my car make me feel like I can’t trust you guys with my car. Erick was very friendly and kind. I really appreciate his helpfulness.
