I did not like the fact that I was told by Mr Marino that the Engine light error and the Shifter service message would be corrected with an oil change.
Very disappointed that the oil was changed and the engine light still "ON"

Since 2006 I have been a loyal Lexus customer and I know Lexus prides themselves on great service. The service rep gave me a timeframe of 1 1/2 to 2 hours for my service to be completed.. I came back in 2 1/2 hours and the service rep was out to lunch. I asked several times a few employees to find my car and have someone sign off on the paperwork. They somehow could not find my car immediately and after a while they told me my car still had not been serviced. I tried to reach the rep by telephone but I did not get an answer at the time. Finally they gave me a loaner car which I was to return the next morning. After running my errands, I finally got home and discovered my house keys were together with my car keys. I missed my appointment that I had that evening because I could not get into my home. So I had to return to the dealership to get my car and sat in so much traffic. All the events of the day left me so stressed and the sad thing is I’m going in for major surgery in two weeks. The rep did reach out to me at the end of the day apologizing. I came to find out that service calls were overbooked for the day and I was one of the customers involved. I never complain and always have something good to say but the events that day were not great service. Sincerely, Maryann C
