Laura did a terrible job communicating with me. We bought our truck in for a recall and the recall was not even done. On top of that we were there at 9:30 AM and did not pick the vehicle up until the next day because of her negligence. The service at this dealership is horrible. We will not buy another vehicle from the dealership. The last time we brought his truck in for a recall it was back three times before it was adequately fixed. The communication is terrible and the service is terrible

Always great service. Judt one litle thing as a woman when i get my oil changed i forget that i need to ssk about my airfilter.as it needs changed at least every other oil change as much as i drive. It gets brought up when i pay the bill. Maybey when tey get started with the oil change and airfilter needs changed thry could bring it up. But ohyer than that i rraly appreciate your service.
