Had an appointment for oil change and some service items for 930am, informed them I would be waiting on it. They came out after 11:30 telling me that they would not be able to even get to it that day, hadn’t even done the oil change. If I have an appointment and arrive on time, it falls on the dealership to honor their part of the deal by only scheduling appointments that can be honored in a timely manner. Waiting over two hours to be sent away without anything done is spectacularly poor service. I was asked if I would like to reschedule, but I can’t even imagine asking a customer that once you already establish that appointments are meaningless. No thanks, my time is far more valuable than having to negotiate this circus.
