We were disappointed in our service rep. After drop off, Shiela call and left a message asking if we wanted to do the 30000 check. I called back within 30 minutes (I have the phone records). She did not answer and had to leave voice message . I called again a couple hours later to confirm the work but again she did not answer and she did not call back. 6 hours later I called again to determine status . It took her an hour to return the call at which point she said she hadn’t been to her office to retrieve messages and the work was not done. We had run out of time, needed the car and couldn’t leave it longer, so told her to finish the oil change and we would pick it up . Lack of communication was Disappointing . Shiela is a very nice woman and seems competent, but this experience was woefully inadequate.
