Well done except when you get oil changed the new sticker should go on the windshield and the oil life indicator should be reset

The service person, took their time working on the car. Kept the car overnight didn’t start working on it until the day after keeping it. I needed my car that day and gave me a hard time getting a rental. Service was poor.

Charlie Brummett incompetent from a customer satisfaction standpoint, his lack of communication cost me a trip to the actual site when I find out my car is still in the air being worked on. Three times prior to this visit the following happen. 1st Charlie loses my paperwork which resulted in an oil change took 7 hours. That resulted in Charlie giving me a car wash. 2nd I go in for the car wash, Charlie tells me that the car wash took 6 hours because they had a hard time getting the dog hair out of my carpet. 3rd and I can’t confirm this but Charlie tells me my Brake job would be $4000 where I’ve gotten quotes for $1200. So next time I don’t want Charlie on my car. The work your techs have done is great, I like that you take me home and pickup and that’s the only reason I would continue to go to dodge for service.

Ask a couple of times if I had any questions and/or additional points that needed to be covered during this service. Gave me the approximate time it would ready and he was right on.
