Not friendly and felt like the issue with my vehicle was my fault. It was warranty work and I felt since it was warranty work no one wanted to go the extra mile and do their job. Also a lack of communication/reaching out and other issues with the vehicle should have been addressed. So much for the 10 point inspection that I feel could have been done. The only thing that was addressed was the initial reason I brought my vehicle in even though its said midway is full service and they take care of their customers.
