My experience would have been better if I had been associated with Robert Solis as my adviser from your records of my first visit, simply because I like consistency and trust him. Instead I was placed with John who had a personal issue at home. I understand this but you didn’t have a good way to deal with his absence leaving me waiting and your team scrambling to find an advisor.
In addition, after spending nearly $600 on routine service I expect that those who was the exterior would also clean up the interior. Instead they didn’t even throw away the trash in the footwell. I expect elite service from Midway.

Engine light came on after I left service - it’s an unrelated problem to the repair, but I felt the issue could have easily been diagnosed had the initial diagnostic questioning/process been more detailed and thorough. I have no knowledge of cars and naively assumed the mechanics would handle any issues should there be any major ones, there was another major issue and it was not found or even discussed as a possibility
