My vehicle was finished and was just sitting there for about a half hour before I walked up and asked for my keys because it’s been done and he said it was still getting washed I pointed to my vehicle and said it’s been done . Then he didn’t know where my key was and looked around for it for a little bit... other then all that I hade a grate experience with y’all and will be coming back might be buying a corvette from y’all

I sat in my car waiting to be greeted for 15-20 minutes as I sat their watching him chat and laugh with someone else; I then got out of my car and proceeded to stand there and he said he would be with me in a minute. At the end of my service I was told there was a nail in my left rear tire but my tread was to low and you guys would not be able to patch it for me due to liability reasons and recommended I replace all my tires. After I left I went straight to discount tire where they were more than happy to help. They then said there was no nail in my tire and it was holding air just fine... as you can see where my frustration kept building. You guys also said my tread levels were lower than what discount tire told me. It just very disappointing.
