Unfortunately the initial reason for coming in was not fixed. However, I am very happy with Hassan’s communication and professionalism. I suggest the following:
- the manager (a man in a suit) was demeaning to his staff that was visible to customers. This is inappropriate and he needs to have a better, calm communication with his staff
- your prices are above market rate for certain services
- when giving a loaner car, please give it at more than a quarter tank remaining (at least a half tank). This is common safety practice in case of emergency.
Again I’m happy with the direct customer care I’ve received with Hassan.
