Ok first of all I was very very UPSET & angry with my service. Jessie our advisor was terrible. We schedule an appointment for our service to get the recall, oil change, & speaker fixed on our vehicle. There was no communication at all. I actually had to call to get an update on our vehicle. It took awhile to get a hold of him & when I did he explained that he got everything done but the speaker apparently it came in but was sent back. Now here the kicker he was suppose to call us of when the parts was gona be in now he NEVER did call us to schedule an appointment for it. That part was not my fault. Now he stated he order another speaker and it would be in the next day. So he asked if we could leave the vehicle there overnight and he would fix the speakers so I agreed. Ask what time will the vehicle be ready and he stated by noon it should be done. Now the next day we drove to the dealership apparently he went too LUNCH. Right there pissed the hell out of me. A different guy told us jessie order the wrong parts AGAIN. so Jessie takes a lunch NEVER did CALL me and confess he messed up. Picked up the truck NEVER did receive a called from Jessie to apologize. Midway expect a 5 star rating from employees who suppose to treat there customer like family. We as customer are ask to give a feedback. Well midway congratulations you've just won a reward for treating your customers like crap. Thank you very much.

The service received by your facility was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. After your incompetent service department had my $85,000 Navigator for an entire month, they were only able to fix 3/6 issues. I still have to come back for another encounter to have one of the items fixed. I will never buy another Ford product again and will make sure everyone I know hears about my terrible experience at your dealership.
