I was a little frustrated by my experience. I arrived for an oil change and was told 30-40 minutes. After 1 hour and 20 minutes and running behind for a meeting, I asked a service advisor for an update. He said probably 2-3 hours. I was in disbelief. He then said I had 4 recalls they were taking care of. No one said a thing to me about recalls prior to that. He asked if I wanted him to see if they could put things back together for me, but at that point there was no point. I then waited 25 mins for a rental and came back later that day to pick up my truck. I was just frustrated because I was running late and essentially forced into the recall repairs.

Unfortunately, my replacement of the tire pressure monitors for each tire that has caused the tire pressure system to shut down, is too expensive to replace.... Over $1,000 to repair is too costly for a 2004 Lexus LS.
