Jorge did an excellent job. But 4hrs to rotate the tires and change the oil is ridiculous! It is normal to expect some delay if the appointment is later in the morning. But 7am? One would expect an in and out in short order. But not at Air Park Ram. I guess they work on the paying customer and let the local buyers of vehicles from APD enjoy the weak coffee and stale donuts in the customer lounge.
