My car had just over 3000 miles since I purchased it in June of 2017. I had my first service in October of 2018. I was promised in April of 2019 that the second service would be no charge. Due to severe illness for most of 2019, I was unable to bring the car in for service and I also did not drive it for 6 months. I paid for a new battery in July 201, when the original battery died from the car’s lack of use. Today I explained all this to the service advisor, but they were stuck on the timeframe and refused to honor the deal made for April 2019. I paid just under $300, with a very small accommodation being made. This all leaves a bad taste.

Jacob informed me that my battery was not working as it should. Advised to replace battery. I took my vehicle to where I get my batteries.They verified that the battery was failing. They replaced the battery under warranty. Thanks to Jacob I should not have any problems on this weekends trip. Very good service.

Jaime was very friendly and accommodating. He answered my texts and called me numerous times to give me information. He was training someone so even more impressive! When I came to pick up my car someone approached me immediately, took payment and my car was waiting outside. In past experiences at other service centers, I’ve had to wait a long time for someone to help me when picking up my car and literally took 45 minutes for them to bring it up. Thank you for the great service today. I will never dread bringing my car to the mechanic again!
