Isaac was professional, pleasant, efficient and thorough in explaining what the service would address, asking if I had any concerns and then made some suggestions on things I was not aware of that needed attention. He had the loaner vehicle ready and later texted me several times to update me on the status of my vehicle. This is customer service at its best!

They told me it would be 1 hour 30 minutes to approx. 2 hours because of the car wash wait. I said it was fine if they didn’t wash it so I could leave sooner. Then they take over two hours to do a tire rotation and oil change. They put on my paperwork that they did a car wash when they didn’t even do one and still took over 2 hours.

Never met or saw Jody. Dropped off car at 7:30 am and car was not ready until aft 3:00 pm. Did not even receive a call regarding the status of my vehicle. I am completely disappointed with the customer service I received. On top of that the Lyft driver they sent left twice and finally the 3rd driver picked me up to bring me to dealership to get my car. I will more than likely find another dealership to have my car serviced at. The young ladies at the front did not speak and were not very personable. Just no good customer service skills at all.

Eddie took care of us despite our vehicle having to be dropped off three times. I appreciate the loaner vehicle and the ride home the first time I dropped my car off.
