When I brought the car in I mentioned I needed a battery for my fob because it did not work. When I picked up the car I asked if my key battery was replaced. He said yes. It is not addressed anywhere on my paperwork, so it appears it was overlooked or ignored both times. My fob still does not work.

Daniel Castillo was fine, I really appreciated him listening to me and assisting me with my vehicle. Everything at the appointment went well.
The only concern I have is that commencing less than a week after my oil change service the coolant low light goes on every morning. That light has never come on since I have owned the vehicle. This is very concerning and my first thought is that the coolant was not topped off. I would like to bring it back to have it checked, but I don’t want to be charged for that. Would that be possible?
