I have purchased 3 vehicles at your dealership and have service performed regularly.The only thing that bothers me is the continuous long wait,way beyond the estimated time provided by your representative.
Please take my comments in a constructive manner as I have no axe to grind.
Today was no exception. I had my appointment at 7:30 AM but arrive dat 7:15 Am.The only service to be performed was inspection and topping off fluids .(no tire rotation or alignment ) I was told it should be quick because nobody was ahead of me.(probably less than 1 hr ) When I finally left the dealership it was 8:55 AM or 1 hr and forty minutes.
The arrival time clocked on my receipt was 7:32 AM and the finish time was 8:35 but as I said the car wasn't ready until 8:55. The time for the car wash was probably the difference.
If this was the only time this happened I would accept that ,but this happens virtually every time I have service done on my 2 cars.It gets frustrating particularly when an estimated time is given by your representative and it winds up to be much,much longer.You overcommit !
