Great customer service! Mike Doyon was especially helpful. Explained everything in laymen's terms. Said the vehicle would be finished in about 1 hr and 20 minutes and it was finished in just about that time. I appreciated the clean waiting area with coffee, tea and even popcorn!!! I was here two years ago. So glad to be back in the location where I'm able to return to Chrysler Airpark.

While I appreciate Jason’s responsiveness and customer service, I was not pleased with the time it took to even look at my truck when I had made an appointment almost a week prior. Because of the delay, it caused me to have to spend a lot of money on a rental car when I was anticipating the work to be done within a 3 day period.

My loyalty to this dealership was ignored as I was treated as a new customer, despite bringing various Nissan vehicles for service over the last five years. And my time was not valued. I dropped off my Altima at 7:30am expecting the simple oil change to be completed by noon. Instead it was not done until after 2:00, meaning I could not pickup the car until after my work day instead of during lunch hour, as had been agreed upon.
