I'd give you guys an 8 out of 10. I scheduled an appointment, but when I showed up I didn't have any service advisor assigned to me. So I waited around for a while for that to happen. Then my service advisor told me he wouldn't be in the next day but I could just plan on picking up the car after 11. I didn't get a call to let me know that my car was ready, so I waited until around 2 before I called. I didn't want to make the 20-minute drive just on the assumption that my car was ready. A little more communication would be helpful.

Felicia was able to assist me better then 4 other people that have tried to assist me and failed miserably. I’ve tried to work with people at this location and none have been able to communicate with me the way Felicia stays on top of the repair and keeps the customer up to date day by day which is appreciated all the way around. Because of Felicia alone you guys (Midway Chevrolet) will keep my business. This woman works hard and does her job thoroughly, you can tell that her main goal is to please the customer, which should be the goal for anyone at any company. Take care of the customer that takes care of you. She did exactly that. Give this woman a raise she has earned it. I mean it. Give her the raise. She did the job of 4 people herself better then the other 4 people put together. Give her the raise! Thank you Felicia for the wonderful Chevy experience that I was expecting to receive.
