I wasn't completely satisfied but my experience was better than the last visit. The only had experience was the employee I was supposed to meet with was not there at 7:30am ((my appointment time)). I arrived about 7am and waited. Finally another employee asked if I was being helped and went to look for the employee. The first employee them said he could get me started which made me feel better.

I wish Jorge would have come to me when the mechanics knew my lug nuts were at risk of stripping before he had me sign out, also I told him my rear passenger tire was very low. I heard from one of the other service writers that I had a nail in it. Jorge supposedly looked said he didn't see one, but now I have to go to the tire shop because the tire is leaking from somewhere. I had booked my appt with Jason V. and I know he would not have missed this stuff.
