I am not very happy with "B". I understand she was busy when I got there and I am thankful someone else helped me but when my car was ready....she was very rude. Very dry, and I waited another 15mins to get my car fob so I can go. When I was 3 feet away from it. Her attitude stinks. The only thing she helped me with understanding my extended warranty.
