Edgar was terrific but I found it troubling the technician informed him about additional services needed, namely the cabin and air filter. I don’t believe the tech even bothered to look because if he did he would have noticed they were barely a month old. I found that pretty shady which going forward I will be very reluctant at bringing my vehicle there for any service. Again, Edgar was terrific but the technician seemed like they were trying to hustle more money and that’s sad considering the times we are in.

Communication seems to be a challenge. When I spoke to Miguel it was my understanding things were fixed. When I came to pick up my car I was told parts were ordered. I would’ve probably left the vehicle to finish the work if I’d know parts would be there in 1-2 days.
