Evan, my service consultant did a great job, telling me step by step how everything was going. I felt very confident of checking off items from my requests. New key made, checked USB port was indeed working and requested license plate holder be installed. However salesman Robbie had ordered one, but it was the wrong one, so another trip will be required to come back and drill holder into fender. ????????????. Car wash was an appreciated touch. 5 star for Evan

Tim Rau is the best service manager we’ve ever had at any dealership! He Is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer all of our questions and never makes us feel like they are dumb questions. We really appreciate that he doesn’t push us to do unnecessary servicing and feel like we can trust his recommendations. We’re so glad we found someone we enjoy working with and can trust, and will only ask for Tim when visiting the dealership. As for the rest of the team, the valets are always quick to welcome us and check in is quick and easy. The staff is very polite and opens doors for us, which is very welcome during Covid. We appreciate the steps taken to keep the car clean with paper floor mats and the complimentary car wash is a nice perk. Overall, we are very happy with our experience at South County Lexus and will continue to go here for our Lexus needs.
