I felt like the service rep tried to take advantage of me and suggested services that were over the top of what I needed. I also was given the worst loaner car ever when I brought in an LS500fsport to have serviced and paid ahead of time. I looked into Newport Lexus and am considering making the drive there from now on for hopes of better service.
