I will never get my car serviced at Airpark Jeep again. I waited 3 hours for a scheduled service and even then had to ask a passerby to get my service man. This is the 2nd time I have experienced this. Very unhappy.

My service representative was great. My problem is I thought I had a full warranty on my truck for 3/36,000 my seat has prematurely pulled apart. He said it was not covered. If that is true this will be my first and last Chevy. However the service people were very nice, fast, and professional.
