I never trusted Dealership's to go a good honest and affordable service on any vehicle l've owned in the past. I started to doubt my decision at first and changed service agents twice. then l met Hugh and right away l felt comfortable. He's there when l drive up at 6:30 a.m. and he pays attention to my needs. He actually asks questions about my cars performance. He even answers his phone or will call back within minutes. Old School customer service is what I grew up with and it's time tested. It's too easy nowadays to see when you're getting "lip service" just to make a sale or upgrade. I don't want or need that. I just want hassle free and informative visits and leave knowing that everything was addressed. Thank you Hugh for giving me confidence in going to a dealership. Honestly never thought I'd see the day. GOOD JOB!

I had a scheduled appointment for a NEW KEY AND FOB. It took 41/2 hours. My wife sat at your dealership for 2 hours only to be brought back a KEY FOB and NO KEY. She WAITED another 2.5 HOURS to get a New key. We both were extremely disappointed and angry with this visit.
